In addition, Mr. Wiener has also represented television and motion picture personalities, artists and entertainers in all aspects of estate and wealth preservation planning, wills, trusts and fiduciary responsibilities. Our founding attorney has also assisted with ERISA qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, family offices, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations/private foundations and is an expertise in planning, drafting and designing offshore and domestic asset protection trusts and LLC's.

As a frequent speaker on estate, trust planning and tax matters, Mr. Wiener has participated in many continuing legal education programs sponsored by the Tax and Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Sections of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association Forum on the Entertainment & Sports Industries. For 10 years, Mr. Wiener taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law and lecturer in the Graduate Program in Taxation at the University of Miami School of Law.
